These terms apply when you order from Tang's Chinese Food Takeaway, 4 Parish Lane, Penge, London SE20 7LH through this website.

Orders

• Your order is a request. It is confirmed once we accept it. We may decline an order (for example if we are too busy, an item is unavailable, or we cannot deliver to your address) and will contact you if so.
• Requested times are estimates and may vary at busy times.
• Please check your order, name, phone number and address carefully before submitting.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in pounds sterling (£) as shown on the website when you order.
• You can pay by card online or pay at the shop / on delivery. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
• Online card payments cover the food total only.

Delivery

• Delivery is available on orders over £12. Delivery is free within 3 miles; a £1.00 charge applies over 3 miles.
• The delivery fee (if any) is confirmed by the shop and paid to the shop separately.

Offers

Only one offer applies per order: free prawn crackers on orders over £12, or a free vegetable spring roll on orders over £20.

Allergens

Our dishes may contain allergens. Allergen information is not listed online. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please call us before ordering and verify with our staff. We cannot guarantee any dish is free from allergens.

Cancellations and refunds
